Fundraisers Troop 0465

Our troop has a minimum operating budget of about $6000. This covers things like our facility fees, badges, materials and supplies, program and registration fees, unit leader registration and more. 

These costs break down to about $140 per girl member for a troop of about 45 girls.  After dues, we need to fundraise enough to cover $70 per girl member. 

 Of course, if we can raise more than that, we will be able to provide more opportunities for our girls and cover additional family expenses, like lowering troop dues, providing scholarships for families, and/or subsidizing AHG events and activities.  

   We have several fundraisers planned throughout the year to help cover these costs. While fundraising is required for all families in our troop, we understand many families are busy and some may not wish to participate in troop fundraising efforts. Families who do not wish to participate in the fundraiser may choose a $50 buy out.

  • Log into your Kroger Rewards account. Select community Rewards option.

  • Once you accept us as your rewards all you do is scan your Kroger rewards card each time you shop and AHG receives a portion of all sales! Easy Peasy!

If we can raise enough money to cover our yearly expenses and have money set aside for next year we plan on offering one or more of these options: so raise away!!!
